Birthday present for one of my closest friends. His favorite Pokemon is Gyarados, so I decided to make him one for his birthday.

The katakana in the corner is the Japanese name.

I like the way it turned out, especially since I've never done a piece entirely in markers before - I usually never draw backgrounds!
